I've never seen an earth sheltered home, but considering the temperatures in caves, it must be a pleasant, eco-friendly climate. I know I'd like to keep the power costs down for air conditioning. Good luck with the sale.

A home built before its time? It should be extremely energy efficient in the summers. It would be interested to see (if there is any) more "eco~green" information posted on that property. Thanks for sharing such a unique home.

I understand that rammed earth homes are extremely energy efficient, so this should save the owner a bundle on A/C bills.
