Arizona monsoons are bad for swimming pools!

The other night, it got so windy that it blew a lawn chair in my pool. It also blew a million leaves and some of our landscaping lights in the pool. Where are my teenagers when I need them? Gotta love Arizona monsoons!

Indeed, you will need all the help to maintain the swimming pool, all year round. But don't we enjoy it over the summer days?

Can you tell me what it costs to operate a pool per month? I know you can't give exact figures but approximately. We are from Canada and looking to come south. Your weather is great for arthritis and a pool for muscle movement.

Do you HAVE to heat the pool. We are quite use to water that is much cooler. It is very refreshing. Therefore, if we don't heat the pool, I wonder what the approximate cost would be. Appreciate any info you have.

That is some funny stuff. I am looking to do more business in Arizona and was just recently out there for a conference.

I'll take the wind over the cold weather out here in DC any day. Any chance I could interest you in trading some of that weather? ;-)

Hi Jonathan - Talk to me in July and I'll be happy to trade you some Arizona weather for your D.C. weather :) Thanks for stopping by BlogArizona.com!

Yeah, they can definitely spell disaster. It's really hard to maintain a pool.

I didn't realize you get rain in Arizona :) Just kidding. We're finally getting some here in Honolulu, however has been a dry winter thus far...
