Grow-a-brain Webmaster Sells Southern California Apartment Building

Grow-a-brain webmaster Hanan Levin is selling a 72-unit garden-style apartment building in Riverside, California.  The Countrywood Apartments at 11300 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92505 is offered for sale at $9,150,000.  Hanan owns the building with two other partners, and they are motivated to sell.

As far as I know, it's still for sale. However, I emailed the seller to verify that, and I'm waiting on a return email. I'll post an update as soon as I hear from him.

The 72-unit apartment building in Riverside just recently sold and closed, but this 50-unit building in Fontana, CA is still available...see URL below
