FSBO can be one of the best ways to sell your property and save on real estate commissions. However, in order to sell the property the FSBO must be willing to actively market promote and sell the property as well as negotiate the sale.

Sites that allow free FSBO listings usually do so in hopes of attracting visitors, which is good for both the site and the FSBO seller.
