Fed Says No Increase in Interest Rates Today

The Federal Reserve met again today and decided to leave short term interest rates alone for the time being.  Apparently the cooling housing market is a bigger concern than inflationary worries for now.  That's great news for people who are selling and buying real estate since even a quarter point rate hike could price many more people out of the market.
