Historically, the average Desert Ridge sales price for 2Q 2005 increased 29% relative to 1Q 2005 and 63% to 2Q 2004 sales figures. Going into 3Q 2005, there are currently 14 properties listed with an average active listing price of $658,527 (average $241.57 SqFt), which is 41% above the average list price for 2Q 2005. As of 2Q 2005, Desert Ridge property values have continued to exponentially appreciate because of the strong demand from some speculators, but primarily from immigration trends, which is not expected to dry up soon. This is Capitalism at its finest.
